360 Goaltending offers an all-encompassing approach when building the foundations for the complete goalie. Our focus is to build on the existing strengths of the athlete, mentally and physically, but also improving on the areas that have been neglected in the past. At 360 Goaltending, we take pride in being the cutting edge of goalie coaching and athlete development. Our methods come from years of experience and mentoring with some of the best minds in the game.

DAN SPENCE
Head Instructor
Spanning North America and Internationally, Dan has over 15 years of goalie coaching experience. Augmented by a decorated playing career consisting of accolades and success at the Major Junior, University, and Professional level - the roots of Dan's hockey background run deep. Taking pride in developing athletes from youth to professional ranks, Dan implements what he's learned from his vast playing experiences, coupled with an invaluable wealth of knowledge shaped and molded by mentoring and coaching alongside some of the greatest goalie minds in the game. While building upon a repertoire of tools and techniques gleaned from Finnish and European coaching styles, he simultaneously blends his own unique and passionate approach to the position. Because of this, Dan is granted an advantage to his coaching arsenal that many North American goalie coaches simply cannot offer. Coming full circle with 360 - always learning and constantly growing - Coach Dan looks forward to guiding you along the path of your hockey journey.

SHELDON BAERG
Head Instructor
Sheldon has been working with goalies for the past 13 years. After injuries forced him to retire early, he got into coaching on a regular basis. With a degree in Applied Human Science and a love for coaching, Sheldon moved into full-time coaching while pursuing an after degree to become a teacher. He has experience with all ages, working in H1 to H4 development to University level coaching. Sheldon has a strong desire to see his goalies achieve their maximum potential while having fun getting there. He firmly believes in the mental and physical blend of being a goalie and seeks to have a connection with each goalie he teaches. Coach Sheldon is currently on the coaching staff with the SFU Clansmen in the BICHL.

DOMINIC FRITZ
Head Instructor
Dominic has been coaching a variety of levels over the past 4 years. He has a Bachelors degree from Douglas College, of Physical Education, specializing in Kinesiology. He has a minor in psychology, so understanding the mind is crucial to adding the extra edge that the goalie needs to perform in the net. While growing up he has been coached by a range of different technical skills, and still a learner of the game today. In school learning about different types of teaching methods, he is able to attend to diverse types of goalies, with different abilities, so they can both comprehend what’s going on, and why they're doing it in developing their style of game.

DON BANYARD
Head Instructor
Don has been coaching goalies for the past 25 years, which clearly shows his passion, dedication, and love for the game. Over the years, he has been able to work with athletes from the grass roots level all the way up to the NHL. As the game continues to evolve, Don not only takes personal pride staying ahead of the curve, but has strong relationships with current NHL goalie coaches; which act as a strong resource to further his knowledge. Don is a big part in the development programming at 360 Goaltending.

DR. ROB GRAHAM
Head Instructor
Rob has a PhD in the field of Technology Enhanced Teaching and Learning and most notable was his work on the Prime Minister’s council for teaching excellence. Rob has vast knowledge in the education realm with multiple publications and experience in working with children of all ages and background. In addition to his impressive education career, Rob has been immersed in hockey all his life with past endeavours with different teams. He worked his way up the hockey ranks from rep hockey with Parry Sound minor through Midget AAA to College, University levels and experience playing in the Central Ontario Junior league with the Parry Sound Shamrocks.


ZACHARY CHUNG
Head Instructor
Zachary has been coaching goalies for nearly a decade. He grew up playing in Toronto, devoted to developing into the best goalie he could be. This led him to fulfill a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration on athletic performance and injury management. Multiple academic scholarships and a university award in sport psychology demonstrate his expertise in the field. Zachary adapts his coaching style to compliment the ability of the goalie he works with, whether they have just strapped on the pads or are the starting goalie on their university team. Zachary is also a certified yoga teacher, which he integrates as a coach to provide a 360-degree perspective on what it takes to be a great goalie.
