​Coach Sheldon has been working with goalies for the past 20 years. After injuries forced him to retire early, he got into coaching on a regular basis. With a degree in Applied Human Science and a love for coaching, Sheldon moved into full-time coaching while pursuing an after degree to become a teacher. He has experience with all ages, working in H1 to H4 development to University level coaching. Coach Sheldon has a strong desire to see his goalies achieve their maximum potential while having fun getting there. He firmly believes in the mental and physical blend of being a goalie and seeks to have a connection with each goalie he teaches. Coach Sheldon is currently on the coaching staff with the SFU Clansmen in the BICHL.

​Coach Don has been coaching goalies for the past 35 years, which clearly shows his passion, dedication, and love for the game. Over the years he has been able to work with athletes from the grass roots level all the way up to the NHL. As the game continues to grow and evolve, Coach Don takes personal pride in staying ahead of the curve through his strong relationships and connections with current NHL goalie coaches. These NHL ties act as a deep resource to further his knowledge which in turn contributes and influences 360 Goaltending's program planning and development structure.
