360 SUMMER CAMP - Standstead,Quebec
Aug 15th-20th, 2021

Each day starts with a wake up call and breakfast in the mess hall as a team. Students will then proceed to the rink for warmups and skating session prep. The first ice session of the day consists of 90 mins of edge work, post play integration (RVH, VH, Overlap, SS), and puck handling patterns which progress in difficulty throughout the week. After the first ice time, students will then be taken on a "cool down" run, head in for a snack, making their way to the conference room for video review and Sport Psyche lessons run by world class guest teachers such as John Stevenson and a special new NHL coach TBA. Goalies will then break for lunch and thereafter groups will separate; Group #1 going for Off-Ice Training and Group #2 heading back on the ice for thematic drill progressions. Both groups will then swap, ending at 4:30pm before meeting for dinner 5:15-6:15 in the hall. Between 6:30 and 8:30-9:00pm curfew, students will have a mix of supervised downtime along with group movie nights, outdoor hikes and planned activities.

We are excited to announce we have secured ice for our annual Summer Camp at Pete Palangio! We will be accepting two groups of limited, and committed netminders for the week. Our programs are designed for serious athletes looking to improve their game on and off ice, and will be pushed both mentally and physically to achieve their full potential. Goalies will be placed in one of two groups based on age and skill level. On ice lesson plans will cover: Skating & edge control, puck handling, save selections, shot reads, box theory, post play (rvh, vh, overlap, ss), screens + deflections, Hockey-IQ, and more!

Daily dry-land and off ice training run by our on staff Physical Therapist, Dr. Popkie (DPT), is designed to educate and push goalies through Russian style plyometric and sprint training, along with agility, hand eye work, core exercises, and conditioning.

Daily lecture and mentorship sessions led by Dr. Rob Graham will cover a myriad of hockey and life lessons designed to build confidence and character - preparing our students for the next level of sport and beyond.

Upon check in on Day #1, goalies will receive their grab bag with camp soft apparel and sponsored items from Warrior Hockey, Skaters North, and National Nutrition.

Cost is $640 +tax

We have devised a program to help build and maintain your skating core. Goalies will be pushed through skating patterns, edge work, puck handling, and conditioning for an hour every Saturday morning at Rotary Place in Orillia. Based on skill and aptitude level, goalies will be placed in one of two groups for the hour. Please email info@360goaltending for more information.
