We focus on explosive power, razor-sharp edge work, and elite stamina you need to dominate the crease from the first whistle to the final buzzer.

The package cost will be $360.00 for 3 sessions. Due to the low coach to goalie ratio, there will be limited space available and scheduling will be on a first come first serve basis. Drop-in rates, upon availability, will be $150.00/hour
